Stick

It might seem obvious to you humans
But it puzzles me every day
If he wants the stick so badly
Why does he throw it away?

O.k. o.k. you dragged it out of me.
here's my recipe for banana cake - the one that's in the oven and making lovely cakey smells permiate the house as i blog.

take tow squishy over ripe bananas and throw into a mixing bowl. from a distance of ten feet adds to the flavour I always find
add a cup of self raisin flour. a grated carrot. 2 eggs and beat to within an inch of it's life.

add raisins, currants, chocolate chips, etc. whatever is lying about. but not old apple cores or potatoe peelings.

stir into mixture and pile into the back seat of a nissan micra or a greased cake tin would be better and pop in oven for 30 to 40 mins at gas mark 6.

smells grrreat! and tastes even better. give it a chance to cool down a bit on a wire thingy before scoffing the lot you greedy pigs!

Isn't it true?! Seen from the eyes of our dog or cat, we must seem ever so strange. Sue oinks & I know she wants a treat...Kitty spits in my face early morning, and she's heard the alarm & is saying hello. They know us much better than we know them.

LONG AND STICKY

The dog said - O.K. boss
Throw me something long and sticky
But not a half eaten candy floss
That would be far too tricky
